Genetic Testing

    Has anyone ever gotten genetic testing done? My friend told me about "23 and me" (https://www.23andme.com/) which is apparently a company that does saliva-based DNA testing and can tell you if you possess certain diseases or traits!

    I'm thinking about doing it, and plan to do it to my baby as well.

    I've heard a lot about this company but have never known anyone that actually used their services. I wonder how effective it is and how it can change someone's life.......

    I hope that it is true that some companies can do this well so that millions of people can benefit from their work.
