    I've only seen Dr. Feng once for a general physical check-up and she was nice but not extremely friendly. Personally I like my doctors to be more personable. She was professional, and that's about it. Perhaps I am not used to Kaiser's ways, but I got the sense that I wouldn't get any kind of testing unless I knew exactly what kind of test I needed and knew enough about it to specifically ask for it.
